The promotion commences 10.00am (AEST) on Wednesday 7th March 2012 and concludes at 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 30th April 2012.

The prize consists of an Apple iPad 2 16GB which is valued at $579 RRP. The total prize pool has a retail value of up to $579. All prices quoted are in Australian currency.

Only one survey entry per unique email contact address can be accepted. Email addresses will be cross checked and duplicates will be removed prior to the draw, ensuring one entrant per email address. Additional bonus entries can be awarded to these same entrants within the promotional period via the following means:

Firefly Education Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost, illegible, misdirected, incomplete or damaged entries. Firefly Education Pty Ltd or other service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; lost or delayed entries. Any liability of any of the above persons for any incidental or consequential damages, however caused, whether in contract or in tort, arising out of this promotion, use of entries or prizes is expressly disclaimed and excluded.
The prize is non-transferable, nor redeemable for cash.
In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Firefly Education Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value at its discretion.
The prize winner will be selected randomly via computer on Tuesday 1st May at 10.00am (AEST) at Firefly Education Pty Ltd, 33 Telco Road, Buderim, Qld 4556.
An authorised Firefly Education Pty Ltd representative will notify the winner by email within 24 hours of the draw. The winner will be published on the Firefly Education Pty Ltd website at www.fireflyeducation.com.au/about/news within 24 hours of the draw and will remain available on the website until at least Wednesday 1st August 2012. The winner has up to three months to claim their prize.
If the prize remains unclaimed three months after the draw, the promoter may conduct further draws as necessary. The unclaimed prize will be drawn randomly from all remaining entries on Wednesday 1st August 2012 at 10.00am (AEST). The redraw of the prize will occur at Firefly Education Pty Ltd, 33 Telco Road, Buderim, Qld 4556. An authorised Firefly Education Pty Ltd representative will notify the new winner by email within 24 hours of the draw. The winner will be published on the Firefly Education Pty Ltd website at www.fireflyeducation.com.au/about/news within 24 hours of the redraw and will remain available on the website until at least 1st November 2012.
The random draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Firefly Education Pty Ltd reserves the right to use the winner’s name, address and photographs in announcing the prize winner and for other promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The winner is liable for any taxes and duties resulting from participating in this promotion.
Firefly Education Pty Ltd and its agents will not be liable for loss, theft or misuse of any prize or property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to the promotion or the promotion prize.
All entries and survey responses become the property of Firefly Education Pty Ltd. The entries may be used by Firefly Education Pty Ltd for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise stated by the entrant. Survey responses will only be used anonymously.
